Thai Peanut Dressing

Thai-Dressing--Wb-c
Delicious poured over vegetables, in a wrap, or over rice noodle and vegetables for an easy meal. Good any time you are looking for a peanut sauce!

Ingredients

 ¼ cup peanut butter
 ¼ cup milk, dairy or plant-based (unsweetened, unflavored)
 ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (sambal oelek), or to taste, optional
 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
 1 teaspoon crushed ginger
 3 cloves minced garlic

Instructions

Place peanut butter in a medium-sized bowl. Gradually stir in the milk until peanut butter has thinned.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until incorporated and dressing is smooth.

Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary.

Alternatively, place all of the dressing ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.

Serves- 1 cup

Note
This recipe was created to use as a dressing for a salad. If you are using it as a sauce for a noodle dish, you will probably want to double the recipe.
