Ingredients
 ¾ cup water 
 1 tablespoon  loose tea or 2 tea bags 
 2-3 tablespoons  coconut sugar 
 2 to 3 cardamom pods, slit open or crushed
 1 to 1½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
 ½ teaspoon tea masala (easily available in any Indian grocery store)
 2 cups oat milk

In a saucepan on medium-high heat, pour water, tea, coconut sugar, cardamom pods. ginger and tea masala.

Let it boil for 5 minutes, which will enhance and meld all of the flavors.

After 5 minutes add the oat milk, and bring it to a gentle boil. Do not overboil.
Remove from the stove, strain, and serve.
Serves: 2 to 3
Note:
 For this recipe, oat milk is highly recommended to get the consistency just right.  Almond and soy milk can leave an aftertaste and have a watery consistency.
