Raspberry Chia Jam

Enjoy on toast, pancakes, waffles, with bagels and cream cheese, parfaits, or warm oats.

Ingredients

 2 cups frozen raspberries
 2 tablespoons chia seeds
 ¼ cup maple syrup or agave
 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice

Instructions

Thaw frozen raspberries on stove top on medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes until they are soft and jammy.

Add chia seeds, maple syrup, and fresh orange juice. Stir well.

Remove and let cool completely.

Chia seeds will gel, making it perfect for a jam.

Note: Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.

Yields: 1 cup
