Ingredients
 1 ½ cups soy-milk (or any plant-based milk)
 ½ cup pineapple chunks, frozen
 ¾ cup mango, frozen
 1  ripe banana, frozen
 2 tablespoons raw cashews (or 1 tablespoon nut butter)
 1  Medjool date, pitted
 pinch of turmeric

Put all the ingredients into a blender and combine until smooth and creamy. Enjoy.
