Ingredients
1 ½ cups plant-based yogurt
½ cup frozen full-fat oat or coconut milk
2-3 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Add-ins or Garnishes
½ cup choice of berries
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Freeze the yogurt and oat milk in an ice-tray overnight.

Blend frozen yogurt mixture and the other ingredients, including optional add-ins, without adding any liquid until it has a creamy ice-cream like consistency.

Freeze again for a couple of hours, and it's ready to be enjoyed.
